Thank you for your interest in serving as a Chapter Excellence Board (CEB) Advisor for the 2026-2027 academic year. Phi Sigma Pi is so appreciative of our Alumni who are willing to give their time and talents to support our Collegiate Chapters and Members.
The Chapter Excellence Board serves as an extension of the National Office's Chapter Success team by providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic support to Collegiate Chapters. CEB Advisors serve as educators, coaches, and mentors who help Chapters build sustainable practices that promote growth, engagement, and operational excellence.
Volunteer Expectations
Code of Conduct
Individuals wishing to serve as a Chapter Excellence Board Advisor must agree to uphold the expectations outlined in Phi Sigma Pi's Volunteer Code of Conduct. Please review the document thoroughly prior to submitting your application.
Background Check
Members selected to serve as a CEB Advisor will be required to complete a volunteer background check conducted through a third-party vendor at no cost to the volunteer.
Training
All CEB Advisors are required to complete onboarding and any required training provided by the National Office.
Time Commitment
CEB Advisors should anticipate engaging with assigned Chapters through virtual meetings, email communication, and other support activities throughout the academic year. Time commitments may vary based on Chapter needs and volunteer availability.
Travel
Travel is not required for this position. However, volunteers may indicate interest in optional travel opportunities to support recruitment events, Chapter visits, or other initiatives.
