     The application fee is non-refundable.

     Applications close March 19th @11:59pm. Applicants will be notified  March 26th.

    Booth Fees:

    10'x10' Bring Your Own Tent spaces: $295

    6'x5'Big Top Spaces: $195

     If accepted, you must pay your booth fee by April 2nd to secure your spot. Otherwise, your space will be offered to a waitlisted vendor.  



     

     

  • Theme: "COLLAB"

     Off Color is partnering with The American Poster Institute(API), a non-profit corporation dedicated to furthering public awareness and appreciation of the poster art form. They are rebooting their postergeist flat stock fair comprised of artists who primarily work on commissioned projects(posters for Concerts, Films, Events, etc). The poster institute has quite a following, with artists all over the country. API hosts similar events at SXSW, Sundance, DesignerCon, as well as a handful of international events. This Spring's OffColor will be "OffColor x Postergeist".

     Since we're collaborating, we're trying to inspire artists/vendors to collaborate with other artists/vendors. If you haven't done so in the past, if your media/products don't work in a way that is conducive to collaboration don't let that be a roadblock to applying. All we are looking for is an openness to collaborate with others who will be at OffColor. We'll be considering potential collab partners during the jurying of the applications. We'll make suggestions, as to what other artists might make a good collab with you, but won't force anything. 

     

  • Guidelines: 

     Off Color is a DIY art fest. As such, items that will not be permitted for sale include, but are not limited to, AI-generated art, copyrighted imagery, mass-produced items(as opposed to handcrafted items), illegal items, THC products, alcohol, and food items that compete with our host's(Arbor Brewing Company) menu.

    OffColor, Biga Holdings LLC, Arbor Brewing Company and The City of Ypsilanti are not responsible for any loss, theft, bad vibes, injury, general bummeroonies, death, or acts of god that may occur at any time before, during, or after the show. Vendors are responsible for any damages incurred during set-up, tear down, or selling at the venue. Accepted vendors will be replaced with ones from the waitlist if they do not pay their table fee by the date and time that it is due (this information will be included in an acceptance email). Once a table has been issued, refunds cannot be issued for any reason. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that the show is cancelled, we cannot guarantee how much (if any) refund paid vendors will receive. Vendors are responsible for the payment and collection of any applicable taxes. Vendors are responsible for their own cash management, change, pos, register, and any form of payment processing for their own sales at OffColor.
