    Bookings/Orders Orders will be done after 50% payment of the total cost has been settled. This will be done after the booking/order formed has been filled up and finalized. The remaining balance must be paid upon pick up date or delivery date. NO DEPOSIT, NO BOOKING POLICY!  Payment Terms We Accept payment through: Zelle, Cashapp, or Cash Form payment should be processed 72 hours after receiving the invoice to be followed after the order form has been submitted.  Pick up and Delivery FOR PICK UP cakes its the customer/clients responsibility to handle the cake properly. Damages and Problem after pick up is not our responsibility. Fixing damage cake after pick up will cost an extra charge. cake care guide will be provided in the packaging.  FOR DELIVERY its our responsibility to handle your cake. Delivery DATE-TIME-ADDRESS should be put in the booking/order form. If there any changes, just let us know ahead of time. DELIVERY FEE: minimum 25$ with in five miles. Additional 5$ in every mile added.  Cancellations/ Reschedule Changes, Cancellation, Rescheduling should be done at least 20 business days prior to the date. For canceled orders 50% refund will be provided if down payment has been settled for 14 business days cancellation notice after that No refund will be done due to some cake details already ordered. In the event of date changes, please just let us know as early as possible.  Allergy and Dietary Warning All our Products may or may not include dairy and dairy products, soy or soy product, gluten, eggs, nuts and tree nuts but our cakes are produced and may exposed in the following allergens. If you have specific health and allergy concerns just let us know. Photography/Video Content We respect the rights of customers and their privacy. We took photos and videos of our cake for our social media and portfolio purposes, if you don't want to disclose any information or be involved such as names and tagging in our social media and portfolio just let us know.
