    By signing this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This project is organized by Ayala Land Estates Inc. and is aimed at creating a vibrant and inclusive mural that reflects the Cloverleaf community spirit and creativity.

    • Participants must commit to attending their preferred schedule of painting sessions. 
    • Participants are expected to collaborate respectfully and maintain a positive working environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 
    • Cloverleaf Estates will provide all necessary materials. Participants are responsible for the care and return of these materials.
    • The completed mural will be the property of Ayala Land Estates Inc. Participants grant Ayala Land Estates Inc. the right to use, reproduce, and display the mural and its creation process for promotional purposes.
    • Participants consent to be photographed and filmed during the project. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by Ayala Land Estates Inc.
    • By participating in the Community Mural Painting Project of Cloverleaf Estates, participants acknowledge and agree that Ayala Land will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the mural painting activity. Participants assume all risks associated with the activity and are responsible for their safety and well-being.
    • Participants hereby release, waive, and discharge Ayala Land Estates Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant or to any property belonging to the participant, whether caused by the negligence of Ayala Land Estates Inc. or otherwise while participating in the mural painting activity or any activities related to it.
