A Note About Late Registration:
Registration closes 48 hours before each day camp. If you do not see your camp available and would like to inquire about space, please email schoolageprograms@playartsphilly.com. Late registrations impact lesson planning, staffing, and teacher preparation, thus acceptance is at the discretion of our staff. Effective March 1, 2025, if your late registration is accepted, you will be charged an additional $10 per child as a late fee.

Full Day Camp dates are based on the currently published Philadelphia School District Calendar 2024-25. These camp days may change if a new calendar is published. If this occurs, you will receive a refund in the form of account credit.
Cancellation Policy: Full Day Camp Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund in the form of account credit. This credit can be applied to future Full Day Camps. If you do not communicate your cancellation within this timeframe, a credit will not be issued. The only exception for late cancellations is illness.
