    As guests of Millbrook School, we look forward to having you on campus.

    Please take time to thoroughly read and then complete this form, which will acknowledge that you have read our guest policies and agree to abide by them while you are our guest on campus.

    After signing and submitting this form, your agreement will be emailed to the address you provide.

    General Maintenance

    All guests will respect and properly care for their assigned housing and the surrounding area that they are using. The school reserves the right to enter all housing for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, or repair.

    Emergency issues such as no heat, water, or electricity, should be called in to your contact person for Millbrook School.

    Vehicles / Parking

    Guests should park in Mills Athletic Center lot.  No parking along Pulling Circle or West Road. Alternative parking can be found at the Holbrook Art Center, the farm and physical plant area lots.

    Key Cards

    Access to campus buildings and rooms is controlled by key card. You must request cards in advance of your event date.

    911 Address

    In the event of an emergency at your residence you should call 911. The dispatcher will need to know your physical address. See the attached List of 911 Addresses.

    Internet Access

    Internet is provided for all guests. The accessible wi-fi network is called "Public" and the password is Millbrook.

    Pets

    Guests may not have pets on campus. No animals are allowed in Millbrook School buildings at any time.

    Personal Conduct

    You, your family, and your guests must behave in a manner that will not disturb others’ peaceful enjoyment of the community. Please respect and adhere to all signs inside and outside of buildings. While on campus, you may possess, consume, and serve alcohol to your guests, but only if you and your guests are of legal age and within the confines of the spaces in your Facilities Use Agreement. Please be mindful of where you gather to ensure that students/families and young children cannot see or hear you. Guests may not possess, use, serve, distribute, or otherwise deal in any controlled substance except by doctors’ prescription. All are forbidden to serve or otherwise distribute any alcoholic beverage or controlled substance to any Millbrook School student or other minor.

     Guests may not hang anything on the walls, windows, ceilings doors, etc. without prior permission. If permission is granted only blue or green painters’ tape may be used.

    Tobacco / Marijuana

    Millbrook School is a smoke and tobacco-free campus. Pursuant to New York State Law, smoking and the use of e-cigarettes or other substances and devices containing tobacco are prohibited on school grounds, including any buildings, structures, and surrounding outdoor grounds, and within 100 feet of entrances, exits, and outdoor areas. There is no exception for using prohibited products in one’s personal vehicle or in or around school housing. Anyone who violates this policy will be asked to depart campus.

    Firearms and Weapons

    In accordance with New York State law, firearms are not permitted at any time on school property except for possession by law enforcement officers during the course of their duties. This prohibition extends to firearms stored in school residences, personal vehicles parked on school property, and school vehicles on or off school premises, and it applies to employees, their families, and guests. Under Millbrook School policy, this prohibition extends to weapons of all kinds.
