Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Transportation Plan
The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) is currently developing a metropolitan transportation plan that support Metro COG’s strategic approach in making investment and policy decisions that best serve its people.
