Conditions: You must be a Member of the SRAC to rent.
***Equipment is available on a first come/first serve basis. The earlier you get your request in, the more likely you will get the equipment you want!*** This form does not guarantee gear - this is just a request.
***Gear is rentable for a maximum of 2 weeks!***
To rent your gear:
1. Complete this reservation request 48 hours before your pick up date.
2. Pick-Up & Return Dates must be scheduled during Outdoor Rental Center Hours of Operations. Check out SJSU's website for current hours of operation.
3. Wait for a confirmation email (sent within 1-2 business days) confirming availability for your reservation and the expected balance due.
4. On scheduled Pick-Up Date, inspect and pay for your equipment by visiting the Outdoor Rental Center located in the SRAC (allow 20-30 minutes to complete pick-up process).
5. Enjoy your adventure!
6. CLEAN your equipment at home, before returning it
7. Return the equipment to the Rental Center during our operating hours
