Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
Select Settings⚙, then select Manage users.
Select the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
Enter your info@readyaccounting.co email address, then select Invite.

Our QuickBooks File Review Service includes a comprehensive review of your QuickBooks file. This review covers the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, Balance Sheet, Sales Tax page, Payroll setup (including each employee), product & service setup, and other relevant aspects. You will receive a 10-15 minute video review highlighting any urgent issues or concerns and providing a clear picture of your accounting state.

2. Client Responsibilities
Provision of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the review of your QuickBooks file. This includes granting access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and any other relevant data.
Timely Submission: You agree to submit the required information and access credentials promptly to ensure timely completion of the review.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any other sensitive data shared with us.
3. Service Limitations
Non-Audit Service: Our Service does not constitute an audit, review, or any other form of attestation service. We do not provide assurance regarding the accuracy or completeness of the financial information.
Advisory Role: Our review and recommendations are based on the information provided by you. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the review results.
4. Confidentiality
Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your financial information. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Secure Storage: All information provided will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
Estimate Confidentiality: The estimate provided at the end of the review is confidential and intended solely for your internal use. You agree not to disclose this estimate to any third parties without our explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All materials, including video reviews, reports, and other deliverables, created during the provision of our Service are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
