Step 3: Select Classroom Presentation

Classroom Presentations are offered from September to November during most week days except for holidays and special events. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we have morning and afternoon availability. There is afternoon availability on Tuesday and presentations are not available on Thursdays.

Within each time window, we can provide up to 2 presentations. For each presentation, we can support a maximum of 60 students, though we encourage smaller groups for a better student experience.

If you have more than 120 students, you will need to submit this form more than once for groups of up to 120 students with different time windows.

Please provide the number of students, grade level(s), and number of presentations if 60 students or less. For groups with more than 60 students, the option for 2 presentations is automatically selected.

For a morning time window, the start time must be between 08:30 AM and 10:30 AM for one presentation, or 08:30 AM and 9:30 AM for two presentations.
