PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING:

Once you click submit, you will be redirected to the online booking page. If the redirect does not work, check your email for the direct booking link!

Booking Instructions:

Step 1: Once you're redirected to the booking site, you'll want to choose the service you are wanting to book.

Step 2: Find the "First Time Booking" Section in which you'll find the Booking Blocks to choose from.

Step 3: Select the Booking Block stated in the email in which you received this form.

Step 4: Follow the prompts to book your appointment.

You will be required to put a Deposit to book certain services with me, and this deposit with be credited to the overall total of your bill on the day of your appointment.

If you're unable to book an appointment that works well for you, you will also receive a link to the Existing Guest Waitlist in the email sent upon the submission of this form.

You'll receive an email with the required intake form to fill out upon submission.
