High Holy Days 5786/2025
Guest Registration Form
We are delighted that you are interested in joining us for High Holy Days! All are welcome to attend some or all of our services. Most of our services are offered both in-person or on Zoom. Our outdoor Rosh Hashanah Family Service, Tashlikh, and Yom Kippur Adult Forum are in-person only. Guests, including guests of Beth Shalom members, need to register for in-person and/or Zoom services. Members of Beth Shalom are automatically registered through their renewal and do not need to register for services with this form.
If you attend in-person, we ask that you check in prior to services at the Welcome table in the lobby. We require photo ID for all adult guests. The contact listed on this form will receive an email with information and the Zoom link for Rosh Hashanah services on Friday, September 19. The contact will receive a similar email with a new Zoom link on September 30 for Yom Kippur services.
We offer complimentary childcare during Rosh Hashanah Day One Morning Service on Tuesday, September 23 and Yom Kippur Morning Service on Thursday, October 2. Children in pre-kindergarten through the fifth grade can enjoy theme-based activities during these times. Registration is required. If you are interested, please complete the information at the end of this form.
During the service, middle schoolers in grades 4 through 7 who are interested will be invited to join a High Holy Days discussion downstairs. Registration is not required.
If you wish to attend our Break the Fast, you must register separately using our Break the Fast Registration Form.
We do not charge a fee for tickets or attendance so that all may attend. Donations are appreciated; we rely on these donations to help us continue to serve our community. To make a donation, please complete our High Holy Days Donation Form.
