Reasons you may need to request re-onboard, activate or update your profile:
- Paperwork out of date (last onboarded over 5 years ago)
- Work Authorization has expired
- Onboarded as minor, now an adult
- Legal name change request
- Profile was previously deactivated per Background Actor request
- Created online profile (prior to June 2024) but never onboarded in person
