Thank you for your interest in Bearhole Farms Fall Art Festival. We are looking forward to another great event this year. Here are a few details about the event.
Date is Saturday, September 13th from 11:30 – 4:00. Setup Saturday morning after 7:30 am
This is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine. We recommend bringing your own tent.
We provide an approximate 10 x 10 space but the farm is not exactly square. We will make sure that your tent will fit in the space provided. Should you require more space please let us know in advance.
The booth fee is $35.00 and due on or before June 15. We currently have venmo (@lynnette-newberry), paypal (@nettie527), cash (drop off at Bearhole Friday or Saturday 9 – 1), or check made out to Bearhole farms.
The only people able to accept payment are Lynnette Newberry, Cindy Stevens or Marissa McDonald. Be very aware of scammers out there!
We do not sell tickets this is a free event for the public.
