I-9 Eligibility Form

I9 form - NEW for this year - MUST be completed by ALL Coaches. I9 is a paper document that requires validation of documentation (preferably a current US passport) by Craig Forsyth, Kate Pail, or Carmen Fox. It is recommended that an appointment be made to do this with Craig in the AAFSC Office to deliver signed form and validate documents. Due within 3 days of first day of work or July 1, 2024 whichever is later.
