Parts - James Wood Auto Park does not recommend using anything other than Original Equipment Manufacturer {OEM) replacement parts. In the event that the insurance company will not pay for the new OEM parts or posted labor rates, I understand that it Is my full responsibility to pay the additional cost the insurance company will not pay.

Payment - I agree to pay James Wood Auto Park at the time of delivery for any and all monies paid by insurance to me {us) either by endorsing over theoriginal insurance checks to James Wood Auto Park or In the form of a cashiers check, debit card or other certified funds. We do not accept personalchecks over $500.

Rental Vehicles - Texas law states that an insurance company must provide a rental vehicle for policyholders with insurance coverage for at least 30
days. Normally, an insurance company will pay for only 30 days of rental fees. Many insurance companies do not consider issues such as the size of
repair. Some auto body repairs are too complicated or large to perform in a 30 day time period. Also, the insurance companies do not consider delays
in the beginning of the repair process. Some of the delays we might encounter are:

• An Insurance adjuster inspecting the vehicle before repairs are performed.
• An insurance adjuster inspecting additional damage after repairs have started
• The parts to repair the vehicle are not available locally or on backorder

Our goal at James Wood Auto Park is to repair your vehicle within the 30-day time period allotted by most insurance companies. Unfortunately, because
of delays or the large size of some repairs, this goal is sometimes unattainable. If my vehicle is not complete and my insurance company declines to
extend the rental vehicle for repair time, I understand it is entirely my responsibility for the expenses of the rental vehicle not paid by the insurance.

Cancelled Repairs - If for any reason, I or my insurance company chooses not to repair the vehicle and it is removed from James Wood Auto Park afterrepair authorization is signed. I understand that I will incur additional costs, Including but not limited to, the full price of any non-returnable parts that were ordered, a restocking fee of 25% for returnable parts, storage fees of $75/outside, admin and blueprint/repair planning fees, etc.

Hail - In the case of damage caused by wind, hail or flood, or other "Acts Of Nature," I agree to file with my own insurance company. I understand James Wood Auto Park is unable to keep all vehicles under cover or otherwise protect these exposures and is not responsible for these types of losses.

Possessions Left in Vehicle- Please remove all valuables from your car's trunk, glove compartment, and side pockets. James Wood Auto Park is not responsible for possessions left in my car. REMOVE ALL PERSONAL PROTECTION DEVISES PRIOR TO LEAVING VEHICLE.

Power Of Attorney - I hereby constitute and appoint James Wood Auto Park as my true and lawful attorney to sign name, place, and stead of the undersigned only on my insurance checks/drafts issued by the insurance company covering any repairs to my automobile authorized by myself in whatevermanner is necessary to place checks or drafts, for this repair only, Into a cashable position.
