THE JOB:

Photograph 1-3 Schools per week during fall & spring seasons

Pick up and return gear from/to our studio in Martinez

Cull and deliver images remotely

Make really silly jokes to get kids to smile and laugh

YOU (AKA THE IDEAL CANDIDATE):

Are available to work weekday mornings

LOVE working with kids

Know all about DSLR photography- ie: you shoot in manual mode

Have been photographing PEOPLE professionally for at least 2 years

Have a valid CA drivers license, a good driving record and your own reliable transportation

Can clear a background check

Are physically able to lift equipment and spend many hours on your feet- this is not a desk job!

Are organized, reliable and always arrive on time

Availability

School photography is a seasonal gig, our busy seasons are Fall (Aug-Nov) and Spring (March-May). School picture days take place on Tuesday-Friday mornings between 7am-3pm. We are looking for photographers that will be able to pick up at least 2 picture days a week for the duration of each season. If this sounds doable to you, we might be a good fit!
