PoMoArts Birthday Party Request Form
Upon receiving this form, PoMoArts will verify the availability of our space and confirm an art instructor based on your preferences. Once availability is confirmed for a specific date and time, you will receive a confirmation email with a Booking Agreement and payment instructions. Requests must be submitted at least 21 days in advance of your requested party date.

An account with the PoMoArts registration system is required for invoicing. If you do not have an account, please sign up here.

Please ensure full payment and the signed Booking Agreement are received at least 14 days before the date of the party. The number of activity participants can be adjusted up to 7 days before the date of the party.

Art activity participants must be between the ages of 6 and 14. For ages outside of this range, please contact office@pomoarts.ca. *Please Note Candle Making minimum age is 7 yrs old.

Birthday parties feature your chosen art activity (1 hour for Visual Arts or 1.5 hours for Ceramics and Candle Making) and party room rental for 1 hour after the activity, making the total party duration 2 to 2.5 hours. Parents/Guardians will have access to the party room during the art activity and can use that time to set up the party room. Please ensure that take-down of the party room is completed within the 1 hour party room rental period. PoMoArts provides tables, chairs, and all art supplies. For ceramics projects, children must wear close-toed shoes and clothes that can get dirty.
- Ceramics Activity Fee (1.5 hours): $35 + GST per participant (min. 6, max. 10)
- Candle Making Activity Fee (1.5 hours): $35 + GST per participant (min. 6, max. 10)
- Visual Arts Activity Fee (1 hour): $28 + GST per participant (min. 6, max. 12)
