Purpose
The purpose of this role:
- As the Engagement Specialist your purpose is to pre-qualify prospective clients for our signature program, Customers On Demand and schedule them for a one-on-one Discovery Call with our Enrollment Coaches. Your primary channel of communication with prospects is via text in Facebook/Instagram DMs & PMs, comment threads, and email.
- To take the conversation of interest from Social Media to a Scheduled Breakthrough Session
- To engage in conversation with the target audience through email and social media comments and messages
- To represent the voice of the brand across all social media accounts
- To research & implement ethical social media practices
Who You Are:
- As the Engagement Specialist you are the key to helping us identify and connect with the farmers and ranchers that meet our requirements for enrolling in Customers On Demand.
- You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your ability to quickly gain rapport with prospective clients through text conversations and assist qualified prospects in scheduling Discovery Calls will keep our Enrollment Coaches’ calendars full.
- Your outstanding contribution in this role will catalyze the energy of our entire company. By scheduling many new Discovery Calls each week you’ll provide our team with an increased sense of momentum, progress and excitement. With you on the team we will be able to serve 10x more farming and ranching families.
- Scheduling Discovery Calls means we’ll be able to enroll more clients into COD resulting in more testimonials, success stories and life-changing results. We’ll have more PROOF that we are truly making a meaningful impact in the world and that our time, talents and energy are bearing fruit.
- With you on the team we’ll be able to more accurately predict our revenue 30, 60, and 90 days into the future which will allow us to grow our team and expand our capabilities by investing in the personal development of individual team members.
- As the Engagement Specialist, you know everything about our target market and the brand voice.
- You use that knowledge to bring in new, interested prospects that will quickly become clients we can serve.
- With you on the team, we can maximize our outreach on social media both in quantity and quality.
- Your care for people and how they are communicated with makes you a key asset to our team.
- You make impactful discussion and allow trust to be built with our target audience.

- You’ll work succinctly with our Marketing Team to keep up to date on current trends while sticking to principles that will weather any algorithm storm.
You’ll provide insights, and report on note-worthy engagement on a regular basis to keep the team informed.
- Your focus will be on true connection and relationship building with our audience so that we have a strong and loyal group of followers who are eager to speak with our Enrollment Coaches to learn how we can serve and support them to achieve their business goals.
- Having you on the team will have a multiplier effect on generating inbound leads for COD. We will be 10x as effective at scheduling Discovery Calls.

If you execute your responsibilities at the top of your ability this is the best result that can happen:
- We’ll maintain a full schedule of booked Discovery Calls with qualified prospects for our Enrollment Coaches (5 booked calls per day Monday-Friday).
- We’ll strengthen relationships with our audience and build their confidence in our team’s ability to serve and support them to their goals.
- We’ll see an increase in the number of inbound leads for our signature program, Customers On Demand resulting in more farmers and ranchers enrolling in COD furthering our mission to help 25,000 farming and ranching families make a six-figure income from their farm/ranch.
Success Criteria:
This is how we will measure your success:
- 5 booked Discovery Calls per day Monday-Friday
- Regardless of the outcome of each conversation you have with prospective clients they will leave the conversation feeling supported and having received value in the form of insight, education, direction, encouragement and hope.
- You’re ultra-responsive to incoming messages. Replying quickly is a key factor in capitalizing on the enthusiasm and motivation of our prospects. Each time someone comments or sends a message they are signaling their immediate desire to take an action of some kind.
- Your ability to maintain ongoing conversations with dozens of people at the same time will play a key role in your success in this position.
Position Details:
This is a remote position. You’ll work directly with the Sales Team and our audience.
