Entry Statement
On the Entry Statement (separate attachment) please provide number of leads managed, appointments set from leads and sales that resulted from an appointment. Please include the overall conversion percentage for the following: Leads to appointments, appointments set to appointments kept, appointments kept to sale and the percentage of “OSC” appointments in relation to all sales for the company. (For example – if 50 sales where originated by the OSC, and company sales where 200, the resulting number would be 25%) You may also include any Online Sales Report that shows these results.
On the Entry Statement please address the following details for Online Sales Program
- Market conditions during the sales process;
- What CRM did the OSC use;
- What was the average response time to new leads;
- Describe the OSC follow-up process;
- Did your website win any local or regional sales or marketing awards?
On the Entry Statement please address entrant’s participation in the local and/or state Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), Home Builders Association (HBA) and Board of Realtors, NSMC as well as in any local community organizations that benefitted the entrant’s sales performance.
On the Entry Statement please answer the following questions:
- To what do you attribute the entrant’s success in Online new home sales?
- Why do you believe the entrant is worthy of winning this award?
