Nomination Process
The Greater Waco Chamber's Executive Committee will review and score the nominations. Only those who win the award will be recognized; other nominees will not be disclosed.
Each nomination and supporting materials will be scored on their impact in the football community, as well as their leadership and impact in McLennan County.
Nomination guidelines:
- Nominees may not be self-nominated
- Nominees must be actively involved and/or have had an impact in the McLennan County football community
- Nominees are committed to professional excellence and improving the community
Completing the Nomination:
You are encouraged to work closely with your nominee to complete your nomination. Nominations for the Dave Campbell Award must be submitted using this nomination form and format. You are encouraged to include supporting documents (articles, testimonials, etc) with your completed nomination form, as this is what will be used to score nominees.
Deadline for submission: Friday, August 2, 2024.
