On the Entry Statement (separate attachment) please provide a sample of traffic and sales information for communities supervised during the Sales Period example: name of community, price range of homes, # of gross sales, # of net sales, # of buyer referral sales.

On the Entry Statement please detail entrant’s duties and responsibilities.
On the Entry Statement please detail all training provided for the sales staff
On the Entry Statement please address the following for each community supervised:
- Market conditions during the sales process;
- Unusual obstacles faced concerning the location, community design, products, pricing and value
- Financing programs offered;
- Incentives offered;
- Broker cooperation programs;
- Did any of these communities win any local or regional sales or marketing awards?
On the Entry Statement please detail entrant’s participation in the local and/or state Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), Home Builders Association (HBA) and Board of Realtors, NSMC as well as in any community or professional organizations that benefitted the entrant’s performance.
On the Entry Statement please answer the following questions:
- To what do you attribute the entrant’s success in new home sales management?
- Why do you believe the entrant is worthy of winning this award?
