Spree Media Solutions Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing clients, partners, and the general public unless otherwise specified. Employees of Spree Media Solutions are not eligible to participate.
Referral Rewards: For each successful referral that results in a new client contract, the referrer will receive a choice of either a discount on their next service or a commission. The specific rewards and their values are outlined in the referral reward schedule available on our website.
Definition of a Successful Referral: A referral is deemed successful if the referred party signs a contract with Spree Media Solutions and completes their first payment.
Claiming Rewards: Rewards must be claimed within 90 days of the referred party’s contract commencement. Unclaimed rewards after this period will be forfeited.
No Spam or Unsolicited Referrals: Referrers should obtain consent from each referral before submitting their information. Unsolicited emails or spamming are strictly prohibited and will result in exclusion from the program.
Referral Information: Referrers are responsible for ensuring that the referral information provided is accurate and complete. Spree Media Solutions is not responsible for incorrect information that leads to an inability to contact a potential client.
Limitation of Liability: Spree Media Solutions is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the referrer. Participation in the referral program is at the referrer’s own risk.
Changes to the Program: Spree Media Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Disputes over eligibility or rewards will be decided by Spree Media Solutions at our sole discretion.
