The Efficacy of Critical Time Intervention on Rehospitalization of Individuals Facing Homelessness: A Systematic Review
The presentation will cover:
1. Learners will be able to explain the core components of Critical Time Intervention (CTI) and summarize the evidence supporting its efficacy in reducing psychiatric hospital readmissions among people experiencing homelessness with serious mental illness (SMI).
2. Learners will be able to critically evaluate the challenges and potential barriers to a successful implementation of CTI and propose viable solutions.
The purpose of this presentation is to explore the efficacy of Critical Time Intervention (CTI) among people experiencing homelessness with serious mental illness (SMI) in reducing readmission to the hospital
