ICT Urban Professionals (ICT UP) is excited to launch Cohort 5 of The Fast Track, a professional leadership program designed to empower Wichita's young, diverse, and talented professionals with the tools, connections, and confidence needed to reach their career and personal goals.
Throughout this four-part experience, participants will learn directly from some of Wichita's leading professionals across a variety of industries while building relationships with peers who are also ready to take their next step.

Whether you're looking for a roadmap to get started or you're ready to move into the fast lane of your career, The Fast Track is designed to help you identify where you're headed and build the skills to get there.

Each session includes a light dinner at 5:30 p.m., followed by programming from 6:00–8:30 p.m.

Tuition & Commitment
Tuition: $150
$100 for participants paying personally or students
Tuition includes all four evening sessions, Kick-off & Graduation Events, learning materials, light dinners, snacks, and program activities.
Space is limited, and your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment is due no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Because each session builds upon the last, participants are expected to attend all four sessions, with exceptions made for emergencies.
All tuition payments are non-refundable.
