  • Leave Benefits

    As a CU employee, you receive a select number of days off including holidays and vacation time. Leave is accrued on a prorated basis if less than a full-time appointment. Leave does not apply to total compensation.

  • *Some earnings are not subject to mandatory retirement plan contributions.

    **Long-term disability applies after one year of employment.

    ***Vacation accrual limits apply. Unused vacation leave is paid out upon resignation or retirement, up to the specific accrual limit.

    ****Sick leave-unlimited accrual; payout up to 25% of limited number of days upon retirement.
