2024 Father's Day Pre-Game Catch on the Field Registration

Join us on Sunday, June 16 for a Pre-Game Catch On The Field event for Father's Day! Registration is mandatory in order to go on the field.

The field will be open from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Participants must check in and be wristbanded by a member of the Durham Bulls' Promotions Team before entering the field.

Participants must enter the stadium at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Main Gates.

After the game, all kids aged 12 and under will also be able to run the bases as part of Kids Run The Bases presented by Nature's Twist!

REMINDER: FANS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD WITHOUT A WRISTBAND. WRISTBANDS WILL BE GIVEN UPON CHECK-IN WITH A MEMBER OF THE PROMOTIONS TEAM ONCE YOUR WAIVER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Read Before Signing

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in The Durham Bulls Baseball Club, Inc. program, its related events and activities (herein the “Activity”), I the undersigned, for myself, my successor, heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators agree to the following;

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this Activity is significant, including the potential for serious injury, illness or death, including economic losses which may result not only from my own actions, inactions or negligence, but also from others’ actions, inactions or negligence, or the conditions of the facilities, equipment or areas where the Activity is conducted;

2. Prior to participating in the Activity, I will inspect the facilities, equipment and areas to be used, and if I believe any of them are unsafe, I will immediately advise the person supervising the event, Activity or area;

3. Assume any and all risk of personal injury to myself, including medical or hospital bills, permanent or partial disability, death and damage to myself and my property, caused by or arising from my voluntary participation in the Activity;

4. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Durham Bulls Baseball Club, Inc., its officers, employees, agents and sponsors (the “Releasees”) from any claim or demand related to my participation in the Activity;

5. Covenant not to sue or present any claim for personal injury, property damage/loss or wrongful death against the Releasees attributable to my participation in the Activity;

6. Release, waive and discharge the Releasees from any liability, loss, damage, claim, demand or cause of action against them arising from or attributable to my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether such losses arise by negligence or otherwise;

7. Agree that photographs, pictures, slides, movies and/or videos of me taken in connection with my participation in the Activity without compensation from The Durham Bulls Baseball Club, Inc., and consent to the use of these photographs, pictures, slides, movies or videos for any legal purpose;

8. Warrant that I am in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent me from participating in the Activity;

9. Agree that if any provision is held to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this Waiver and Release of Liability continue in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
