CITY OF SURPRISE EVENTS

FOOD TRUCKS PLEASE READ
Due to excessive cancellations from food trucks, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit this year to hold your spot per event. The $50 will go towards your percentage at the end of the event. It is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel the event.

It is your responsibility to remember to deduct the $50 when you pay at the event.

VENDORS PLEASE READ
Once approved, You will be required to pay a $20 non-refundable fee to hold your spot per event. At the end of the event, you will recieve a slip to fill out and 10% of sales will be due in addition to the $20 prepaid fee.
