A *double barrel cake* is a single tall tier made by stacking two or more cake layers, typically 6 inches high, frosted seamlessly to appear as one extended tier, perfect for elegant, modern designs. A *two-tier cake* consists of two separate tiers of different sizes stacked vertically, offering a classic, tiered look ideal for weddings or celebrations. A *three-layer cake* is a single tier with three layers of cake and filling, about 3-4 inches tall, providing a simple yet delicious option for smaller gatherings. Each style brings unique charm and serving potential to suit your event!

Are there any known allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of? Salt Air Sisters takes allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. While we will try our best to ensure that we can help with your dietary needs, it needs to be noted that our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. Gluten free and dairy free options are available at an extra cost for all cakes and cupcakes. WE ARE NOT NUT OR EGG FREE.*

By signing the above you agree to the following terms. We accept Etransfer to info@saltairevents.ca and square. All payments by square have an additional 5% charge. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. The deposit must be paid upon booking with the remaining due one month prior. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to begin preparations for your cake. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full one month before the event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of the order, and the deposit will not be refunded. You can choose to pay in full at booking. Same terms would apply. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation is made more than three month before the event date, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation is made less than one months before the event date, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the cake. Liability: Salt Air Sisters is not responsible for any damages to the cake after pickup or setup is complete. The client is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the cake, including appropriate temperature and stable table surface. Changes: Any changes to the order (e.g., flavors, design) must be made no later than one month before the event date. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the initial consultation and agreement. Delivery and Setup: Salt Air Sisters can deliver and set up the cake at the event location for a additional charge. The client is responsible for ensuring that a suitable table and environment are provided. Delivery and setup fees may apply and will be included in the total cost. Salt air reserves the right to use Photos for promotional purposes. Salt air also does not copy exact photos of designs by other cake artists, but I will use them as inspiration for your order. Client Agreement: By signing this contract, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Salt Air Sisters.
