By signing above, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Payment Methods: We accept e-transfer to info@saltairevents.ca and Square payments. Square payments are subject to an additional 5% processing fee.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event date. Full payment may also be made at booking.
• Final Payment: Any unpaid balance must be paid in full one month before the event. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the order without refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than one month before the event are responsible for the full balance owing.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Changes to Order: Any changes to flavours, design, or details must be requested no later than one month before the event date. Additional charges may apply.
• Delivery & Setup: Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee. The client must provide a stable table and a suitable environment for the cake.
• Liability: Salt Air Sisters is not responsible for damage to the cake after pickup or setup is completed. The client is responsible for proper storage and conditions.
• Design Policy: Salt Air Sisters reserves the right to use photos of completed cakes for promotional purposes. We do not copy other cake artists’ work exactly but may use inspiration photos as reference.
• Client Agreement: By signing, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
