Peace Arch FC Soccer Academy opens registration for fall/winter season 2024/25

Development Academy program :

BOYS/GIRLS U11-U15: (2013-2009)

Fall block September 2024 till January 2025

Winter block January 2025 till March 2025

*All players are required to arrive properly dressed for soccer training (shorts, socks, cleats, shin-pads)

*All players are to fill out and bring the Parental waiver and release form the first day of practice session.
Fall block : $936.00 (not include taxes/Processing Fee)

Winter block : $702.00 (not include taxes/Processing Fee)

Fall/Winter block : $1638.00 (not include taxes/Processing Fee)

* Mandatory Gear $319.16 ( Official team training t-shirt, training tracksuit, rain jacket, full home and away kits).

* Volunteer Rates: Email us if you would like to volunteer for training sessions and we will send you a discount code to receive $100 off.

*You must email us first before payment so that the discount code may be applied.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

An administration fee charge of $50.00 will be applied to all cancellations up until August 15th. There will be no refunds after August 15th, unless accompanied by a medical note, stating that the player is medically unable to participate for the soccer season.
Confirmation BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
