Hola hola love! We appreciate your desire to hold up the gatherings with your strength and endurance! We recognize this position as being on of the most vital and hardworking groups of our sevā teams, and hope you are able to revel in the glory of what you've created while you get to enjoy full presence at the Full Moon Gathering. This position is only available before the first gathering, with a January 9th arrival date. We will be choosing a team lead from our applicants, who will have Gaia (our co-founding mama) as their mentor.
Creating the Magic Before Everyone Arrives & to Sustain the Container

We start out with the relationship between you and this team so from the beginning you can feel into if this is a match for you. The 3 days of setup prior to the gathering is a full body, mind, spirit commitment. We'll be working all day and possibly into the night as we make sure lighting is dialed, tents are where they need to be, workshop spaces are ready, and everything in between that's needed in the final hours before all 200 women arrive. Can you sustain your energy and your mood to pull through when we need the most support? Can you thrive in the pressure of the final moments as all the details crystallize and the vision materializes?

Being in Service at Origins

There's only one choice for build dates, before Full Moon Gathering. We ask you to arrive on the land by January 9th and plan to commit full days of work January 10th-12th to gathering setup projects.
