Who is the program for?

This program is designed for rehab providers and clinicians who work with individuals living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Long COVID, dysautonomia, chronic fatigue, and other energy limiting conditions. The content is the same that is available for the patient-facing PACE Program. This provides you with a unique opportunity to learn about these complex and challenging topics in a simple and clear manner which will allow you to more easily relate to your patients/clients and translate the information in an understandable manner.

The community forum provides a space for you to ask questions about the content, learn from discussion with others, and share resources.

While the content presented in this course is generally safe for most individuals, it should be utilized within your scope of practice and applied to your patients and clients in combination with clinical judgment to ensure safe and appropriate application.

Enrollment Details

You will have access to the full course and community forum as soon as you complete the payment and intake forms. The content is divided into 8 modules which can be completed at your own pace. This is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the material.

Who is the program for?

This program is designed for people living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Long COVID, dysautonomia, or chronic fatigue. There are ample opportunities for support with the community forum and group calls, but it is a self-directed program. In order to be successful you will need to keep yourself accountable to completing the modules and activities.

Due to the nature of the group setting, this program does not include any individualized coaching/programming or instruction on exercise training.

This is a group coaching program and is therefore not a medical service and should not be considered medical advice. All participants should consult with their providers regarding any medical concerns.

Enrollment Details

You will have access to the onboarding materials, course modules, and community forum as soon as you complete the payment and intake forms. The course modules are all available immediately for you to complete as it works for you, though they are designed to be completed one per week so you have time to implement the strategies you learn.

Ongoing Community Membership

After your 8-week course concludes, you will have the option to subscribe to the community on an ongoing basis. This subscription will allow you to continue to participate in all the community forums and live calls, maintain access to the course materials, and be the first to have access to any new content and materials that I add to the course in the future.

Welcome to The PACE Program ("Course"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Course, you agree to these Terms, as well as any additional terms and policies that may be provided to you. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Synergism Restorative Therapies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Course after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of Services

Our Course provides educational content, including video lectures, reading materials, assignments, and quizzes, designed to help you learn and develop new skills. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

By using our Course, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our Course.

5. Account Registration

5.1. To access our Course, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.

5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Access to the Course may require payment of fees, which will be specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

6.2. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified fees to your designated payment method. We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle payments securely. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Course Access and Use

7.1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.2. You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, or display any part of the Course without our prior written consent.
Use the Course in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Course, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Synergism Restorative Therapies LLC protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe upon or violate any intellectual property rights related to the Course.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course responsibly and ethically. You must not:

Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Course or the servers and networks connected to it.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Course is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Course will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
