Once your account is approved and set up, the following products will be available for you to purchase from your exclusive products page (these are examples, your graphics will be applied during our approval process).*NOTE: If you chose "White Only" on this application, only T-Shirts, Women's Racerback Tanks, Sweatshirts and Hoodies apply.

1. PRODUCT MATERIALS

Crewneck T-Shirts are 100% Preshrunk Cotton.

Women’s Racerback Tanks are Cotton/Poly blend.

Crewneck Sweatshirts, Pullover and Zip-Up Hoodies are Cotton/Poly blend.

Drawstring Backpacks are 100% Cotton Canvas.

Snapback Hats are Cotton/Poly blend.

Stickers are gloss-laminated, weather and tear resistant Polypropylene.

Bandanas are Cotton/Poly blend.

Can Koozies are Neoprene.

2. WHOLESALE PURCHASING

The minimum quantity required to receive wholesale pricing is twenty (20) or more items per order. Each individual product purchased constitutes one (1) item. Each product sold as a “pack” constitutes one (1) item. Products are available to purchase at full retail price at any time with no minimums, in lieu of the minimum quantity required to receive wholesale pricing.

3. EXCLUSIVITY

Your collection of products are available for the purpose of purchasing by you our client, via an exclusive products page intended for your viewing only. All clients must be logged into their account via username and password in order to view their products page and/or complete purchases. Once your account is activated, a unique link to your products page will appear in your account dashboard. MULTISQUIRREL does not offer commissions resulting from unintended persons purchasing items from our clients’ products pages. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not share your products page link or login information with anyone.

4. ADDITIONAL GRAPHICS/ARTWORK ADDED TO PRODUCTS PAGE

The initial setup of your account, graphics/artwork and products page is free of charge (excluding any agreed upon graphics preparation or assistance fees). Any future changes to the existing graphics/artwork being printed, or additional graphics/artwork added to expand your products page will incur a $75.00 fee per change or addition.

5. SIGNATURE

By signing below, you are acknowledging that (a). you are the legal owner and/or have exclusive legal rights to use the graphics/artwork you have uploaded for any purpose; (b). that you are in no way infringing upon any copyrights or licensing by using the graphics/artwork you have uploaded for any purpose; (c). that MULTISQUIRREL shall be held harmless from any/all copyright infringement claims resulting from the illegal use of the graphics/artwork you have uploaded including but not limited to: printing, purchasing, distribution, and resale; (d). that any products purchased from MULTISQUIRREL.COM, whether wholesale or retail, are not subject to any fees or commissions paid by MULTISQUIRREL to its clients; (e). that MULTISQUIRREL reserves the right to suspend, revoke, delete, or otherwise terminate its relationship with any client and for any reason including but not limited to: copyright infringement, or willful neglect or abuse of this agreement and; (f). that you understand and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in the ‘Additional Information and Signature’ section.
