Please complete the following form as an 'enquiry only' for your preferred date and the number of tickets you would like us to reserve for you.
Once we have confirmed your booking an invoice will then be issued for your selected ticket amount with payment due in full within 7 days. Any unpaid invoices past 7 days will then be rereleased for others to purchase so please make contact if for any reason there may be a delay.

Please note we are closed over the Christmas break from 24th through to the 28th Dec. We are not open on Christmas Day sorry!
Orlando Country require an address to be recorded. If this is a work event please list your work address. If this is a personal Christmas event, please list the organisers address.
All Orlando events require more than one point of contact. If the organiser (first contact) will not be at the event the second point of contact must be at the event for us to liase with. It must also be someone we can get in contact with following the event with any questions and follow up.
There must always be one registered point of contact at your event. So please make sure one of these people remains until the end of the event.
Should your main point of contact need to depart earlier than the last guests we would require an introduction to a new contact person who would be responsible for all remaining guests.
Please list your preferred date as well as your second and third alternative dates. We will reply with availability of your dates and then you will need to confirm this.

“Private Use” for either a room or the entire venue is based on minimum numbers to be paid for and is also dependent on the day of the week.
If you would like to enquire for private use please click an option below and we will price this for you based on your overall event requirements.
Additional venue charges apply to private use based on your requirements and guest numbers.

Orlando Country finalise all menus three months out from events. Please check back on our website or send us an email closer to the time and we will send you through the confirmed menu.
We aim to accommodate all allergies and dietaries. Please update us with any dietary requirements up to 10 days prior to your event, this allows our chefs to prepare your menu with these dietaries in mind.
Please note - depending on dietary requirement and menu there may be additional charges. We will let you know of any charges prior.

On The Day Dietary Changes
To reduce wastage and additional cost, all special menu order guests wishing to alter their menu requirements on the day of & opt for the regular menu, will result in an extra full menu charge. Also any "last minute" or "on the day" special menus (if we are able to provide them), are added to your final invoice as an “additional” menu
Orlando Country has a fully stocked bar with a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic options for you and your guests to enjoy.
We have a range of Wine and Bubbles available by the glass that ensures everyone is accommodated for. We also have a list of our Premium options available by the bottle. Please take a look at our options by following the link on the website - Refreshments
Bar tabs may be run on the night. A credit card is required to be put on hold and must be paid prior to departure.
Please ensure we have information around bar tab requirements prior to the night so we are able to accomodate any specific requests including limits etc for you
Bar tab notes & overview: please include any tab limits, exclusions ie spirits or premium spirits, specialty beers, wines etc that you "do not want" added to your account.Please note an open bar / tab allows for all refreshments to be added to your account
