Merchant set up: 1st weekend - Thursday, December 5th 3:00-5:00 PM and Friday, December 6th, 2024, 8:00-9:30 AM

2nd Weekend - Thursday, December 12th 3:00-5:00 PM and Friday, December 13th, 2024, 8:00-9:30 AM

Booth Fee: $100.00 for 2 Day Event - Includes $5 Non-refundable Processing Fee. Payments are online only and must be paid before application can be submitted.

Application Deadline: Sept 1, 2024  

Acceptance Notification: Sept 30, 2024 

Application Submission: This form will be automatically submitted to the Dahlonega Woman's Club. Please save and/or print a copy for your records. Submissions will not be registered as complete and considered for participation until payment is received.

I, the undersigned, release the City of Dahlonega, Lumpkin County and the Dahlonega Woman’s Club of any liability for damages, injury or loss to any person or goods, from any cause whatsoever arising from merchant participation in the 2024 Christmas Market on Candy Cane Lane within the property of the Community House, including weather related damage or lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise and/or personal items. Security will not be available. I also understand that lit candles and smoking are not permitted inside the building.
