★ A full payment is required before the start of the project
★ Project timelines are structured with a maximum of 3-7 days, exclusive to the revision phase. For larger projects or bundled services, deadlines will be mutually agreed upon in consultation with the client
★ Upon purchasing a service, we will promptly initiate a consultation process. You will have 24 hours to respond via your preferred method of contact. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in your project being moved down the queue, potentially extending the turnaround time
★ All services are non-refundable; however, we do not charge for revisions. Our goal is to ensure the final product meets your satisfaction.
★ If the user does not explicitly reject the design within the first 48 hours of delivery, it will be assumed that they have accepted the design.
★ Clients are encouraged to review and request revisions promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule. All revision requests should be communicated within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the design draft.
★ If the client fails to communicate revision requests within the initial 3-day (72-hour) period, a fee of $25 will be applied for any communication received within the following 3 days to 1 week. This fee covers the additional time and resources required to accommodate delayed feedback and maintain project momentum.
★ If a project exceeds the agreed-upon timeline by 2 weeks or more due to a lack of communication or feedback from the client, the project will be considered inactive. An inactive project will be officially closed, and the client will be notified via the preferred contact method
★ Clients wishing to resume a closed project must notify the designer via the preferred contact method. A reactivation fee of $50 will be required to resume work on the project. A new timeline and completion date will be established upon resumption of the project.
★ All fees, including the reactivation fee, must be paid in full before any further work is undertaken on a closed project. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the initial project agreement and must be adhered to.
