★ A full payment is required before the start of the project

★ All services are non-refundable; however, we do not charge for revisions. Our goal is to ensure the final product meets your satisfaction.

★ Upon purchasing a service, we will promptly initiate a consultation process. You will have 24 hours to respond via your preferred method of contact. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in your project being moved down the queue, potentially extending the turnaround time

Booking Instructions:

Step 2: Make your payment via Zelle or Cashapp, and include your name and the service(s) chosen in the notes.

Step 3: Press next and fill out the consultation page with all the necessary information.

Step 4: Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and upload it to the last file upload section.
