Tickets for groups of up to 30 guests can be easily purchased online through our standard booking system. Please note that we do not currently offer group discounts, and all tickets are available at the listed admission rates. If you would like to add any extra experiences to your visit - such as fish food, bench reservations, catering options, or tractor rides, please complete the form below and our team will be happy to assist. Please note our Winter Opening Hours are Tuesday – Friday: 10am to 4pm (Last Entry 2pm), Weekends: 9:30am to 4pm (Last Entry 2pm). Our Summer Opening Hours are Tuesday – Friday: 10am to 5pm (Last Entry 3pm)Weekends: 9:30am to 5pm (Last Entry 3pm).

Food & Drink
We offer pre-made Children's lunchboxes from our Garden Room Café and you are welcome to bring your our Birthday Cake. Food can also be purchased on the day of your visit from our Garden Room Café (eat-in), from our Shepherd's Hut Café (eat-in or take away) or from our Discovery Land Café (take away snacks and drinks).
