If you plan to use individual or troop Digital Dough at a council shop, simply visit your nearest shop and let the shop staff member know you would like to use Digital Dough at checkout.

An Important Note about Digital Dough Accounts
- Each year, girls and troops can earn digital dough through participation in council-sponsored opportunities like the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- Digital dough accounts expire on different dates, depending on the digital dough that has been awarded. The expiration date is in the email with your digital dough numbers.
- There are two kinds of digital dough accounts: Spending Digital Dough Accounts and Savings Digital Dough accounts.
  - Digital dough is issued through a spend account, but Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors have the ability to request that their funds be moved into a savings account to support things like approved Girl Scout Destinations and Gold Award activities.
  - For more information about this opportunity, please reach out to our Customer Care team or your local Program & Partnerships Manager.
Girls and troops will be issued a new digital dough account each calendar year!

Please be sure to keep all digital dough emails for your records! These emails will have the amount earned and added to the digital dough account, the account numbers needed to spend the funds, and the date the digital dough will expire if not spent.

Digital Dough Shop credit

Your request for digital dough shop credit must be in whole dollar increments. Don’t forget to wait to go to your local council shop until you have received your email from the retail shop with your digital dough shop credit barcode. Please present the barcode when you are checking out at your local Girl Scout shop.

Program Event and Camp Registration
Visit gswo.org/events to find the names and registration fees of program events or camp sessions your Girl Scout is interested in. If you are unsure of the specific name, provide any details you can in the box below and we'll work it out!

Program event / camp registration payments must be in full dollar amounts (no cents). Digital dough can be used to register for new events or to make payments on events like camp or CSACon after initial deposit payment.

GSWO will not refund previously paid event registration fees so that digital dough can be used. Registration requests using digital dough cannot be accepted more than 7 days before registration for the event is set to open.

If registering for a council-sponsored program event, registration cannot be completed until a full payment is received for the registration fee.

You can pay for part of the fee with digital dough via this form; however, the spot will not be reserved until the balance is paid so please don't delay--we don't want anyone to miss out on the fun!

This is also why the digital dough payment will not be reflected in your balance due in the MyGS Member Community. Please see below for how to process your balance payments.

Debit / credit payments can be taken over the phone or in person at the council shop. Cash / check payments must be brought in to the council shop.

When full registration payment is received and we are able to complete your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email, showing a zero dollar balance, letting you know that you are all set to attend the event.

Contributing Digital Dough to the Troop

Girls can choose to contribute their digital dough to their troop to be spent for the troop as a whole or on other girls and even adults. This is a great way for girls to welcome a new member who hasn't had the chance to earn her own digital dough! We'll move the digital dough from the girl's account to the troop's account and notify the troop leader when they can spend it.
