Complaint Form to Report a Violation of the NAA Code of Ethics
Based on the information included in the NAA Code of Ethics and after confirming that the applicable individual is in fact a member of NAA through Find An Auction Professional, please complete the following information to provide the Grievance Committee the best possible information in reviewing your complaint. A copy of your grievance will be sent to the accused individual so that they may provide the committee the facts as they see it.

The Grievance Committee will then review the submitted form and render a decision. You will be notified by their decision within 90 days of when NAA receives your original complaint.
