    These forms are required for your child to attend camp. You must fill out one form for each child attending camp. (July 11-13, 2025)

  • Note: All registered students must attend or there may be a registration fee for future camps. Cancellation can be made 7 days prior to camp.

  • Instrument Choice

  • Choose the instrument your child would like to learn. Your child needs to attend all classes in order to have fulfilled their registration commitment. Each student must bring their own instrument, in good working order. If you do not choose an instrument below, your registration will not count.

  • Dinner

    We provide dinner on Friday night at 6:00. This is a community dinner that gives the families a chance to visit prior to classes start on Saturday.

  • Volunteering/Donation

    Our camp survives off of our donors and volunteers. Please pick which you would like to do to help us be the best we can be in the future! The Camp Director will contact you about donating or volunteering.
