Candidates will have/be:

A student attending a Waukegan school – can be public or
private.
A first-generation college student. First-generation meaning the parents of the student did not obtain a bachelor's degree from the United States in a traditional path or completed their higher education outside of the United States.
A family committed to having the student attend a 4-year college/university.
