The Homelessness Initiative Council (HIC) is made up of leaders in ULI Los Angeles who help set our strategic direction and priorities. The unprecedented crisis of homelessness in Southern California requires an emergency response. HIC is taking the lead on the District Council’s program and initiatives focused on Homelessness.

Please note: In order to participate in the Homelessness Initiative Council, an active ULI membership is required.

Please note: Applications are only required for prospective new HIC members. Current council members do not need to reapply. To renew, simply log in to your ULI member profile, select “Billing” and pay the Council renewal fee. Thank you.
