Projects are completed in order received per equipment/worker availability. Small projects (under 50 submitted before noon) are generally completed the same day it is received unless:

Instead of white paper etc., QQP can print on colored paper. Please click here to see our letter (8.5 x 11) colored paper options. Limited 11x17 colored paper options available. Please specify CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER COLOR PAPER for colors not shown. Special order fees may apply.

Cover:  Your project can have a different cover than the insides.  Put notes in the Project Details for special media/paper for the printed cover if different than the insides media/paper.

Specify if a separate file is uploaded for the cover OR if the cover is the first page of the file uploaded.

Posters are printed on 80# Matte Cardstock or Posterboard depending on size selected. Can be laminated.  Submitted file is enlarged to best fit size selected and may have white space if enlarging ratio is not exact.

• For Paper or Satin/Gloss prints up to 13x19, select [A] COPIES and write details in the Project Description. 
• For non-cardstock/non-posterboard, select [F] BANNER to get other media/sizes.
• Use [E] ENGINEERING for laminatable Black & White Paper.

Weather-proof A-Frame Display boards are available for rent with printing your Posterboard. Each board rental is $10 for each 3-day period. Deposit required. Must be scheduled in advance on first-come-first-served order.

QUALITY -- PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT PROJECT DETAILS:

Web-graphics (lower than 300 dpi, bmp, jpg, non-vector graphic formats) in your project WILL NOT SCALE larger without pixelation (ugly jagged edges) when viewed up close (under 5 feet); viewing at over 10 feet away it is rarely noticeable.  Do not use web "found" graphics if possible. Do create your project close to the actual size, use vector software, laminate paper output, to decrease this visual problem.  

QQP is not responsible for ugly prints due to the file parameters/graphics.  We ALWAYS print banners and wide format at high quality settings. Any visual problems (e.g., fuzzy, jagged edges, etc.) will be the result of the file provided. As we do not know what is supposed to be on the file or not, please carefully review your file before submission.

 

BANNERS WIDE-FORMAT:

Specify the WIDTH (inches of horizontal) to best fit your final product. We will scale your PDF to fit this width and determine the best length .

• QUICK BANNER-WIDE FORMAT - up to 42 inches wide (max 10 feet long). Price per foot length. Some options are more costly. Allow 48 hours print time.
  
  
• OTHER BANNER: All sizes (can be over 42 inches wide or 10 feet long), mesh, other, or heavier media, hems/grommets. Allow 2-weeks print time. Call for pricing and material (SCRIM/MESH) and to specify grommet/hem options.  Some options are less costly.

Standard Widths include:  24 inches,  36 inches,  42 inches  with length maximum 10 feet.

Common Banner Sizes include:   2x4 ft,  2x5 ft, 3x4 ft, 3x6 ft, 42x70 inches. Be sure to include inches/feet in details to avoid confusion and any additional margins wanted.

Envelope Stuffing Service is available (wedding announcements, maps, flyers, voting, etc.). Allow 2-4 workdays turn-around. Please call to provide the particulars and receive a cost estimate.

VARIABLE Printing from Spreadsheet list (names/addresses) is available for envelopes or labels.  Check Variable Print box in Additional Services.  Include spreadsheet (.cvs or excel file) in upload file list.

 

Coroplast (4-mm corrigated plastic) for other uses is available. Please put details in the project notes.  Select Grommets Box in Additional Services to specify grommets for hanging or securing.

New Flatbed Printer allows direct printing on Coroplast and other objects with up to 48-hr turnaround on small runs. Quantity discounts available.

Large runs with longer turnaround is least costly (2-weeks turn-around).

Direct printed Coroplast is not reuseable.

Vinyl Lettering for walls, mirrors, doors, windows, or iron-on etc. is priced by the square foot. Limited Vinyl Colors available without special ordering.

Enter your letters/numbers to be cutout by TYPING in the entry box and selecting the closest font style.  In the comments/project details, enter the  HEIGHT inches for the TALLEST Letter/Number of your message for correct sizing.

For designs or images, upload your "crisp" edged Black & White design file (JPG, PNG, BMP). Other formats like PDF do not work for Vinyl Cutouts.  Based on your file, Enter WIDTH x HEIGHT inches size for your final product in the project description.

Your final product is "weeded" and ready to peel and stick (carefully) or iron-on unless specified "unweeded" in the notes.  Please allow minimum 3 days for production.

Other:  Special Order vinyl color. Please allow 7-12 days to process and special order fees may apply.

Iron-on Transfers or Vinyl Iron-on Cutouts have special parameters to be successful. Please visit us for this information.

Material receiving transfer must be cotton or some cottom blends. Iron or melt marks are possible.  QQP is not responsible for Iron or melt marks of incompatible material.

Some white cotton T-Shirts are available for purchase while supply lasts.  Dark material (e.g., T-Shirts) will work, but the plastic transfer film will show more than light colored material.  Maximum size for Transfer is 8.5x11 (letter).  Vinyl cutout can be larger and is priced by the square foot.

In the notes describe the material color (e.g., light or dark) the iron-on will be applied. Two types of transfer media are available and knowing the material/fabric color allows the best selection.

Turn your Photo into Art by printing on Canvas and having it mounted (wrap-around or hanging options).  Allow for 8-10 work-days turn-around and this additional time takes precidence over calendar selected date.  Rush jobs may be possible. Please inquire about RUSH JOB before submitting.

Foamboard (white paper | foam | white paper ) for direct print is available. Please put details in the project notes to describe your desires.

Black foam (Gatorboard) is available through special order.  Provide comment notes to get availablility and pricing.

Up to 48-hr turnaround on small runs.

Many other objects can be printed on like wood, plastic, glass/mirror, leather, carpet, golfballs, baseballs, puzzles, gift boxes, plaques, metal signs, etc. "Stickers" can be printed for transfer to many objects over 6 inchs tall or rounded like a mug. Bring your object in for more details.

Select the foamboard size closest to your project or enter your Not Listed size in the box.

Cutting:

NOTE: Multiples of the Product, or, to create sizes smaller than 8.5x11 (letter size) require a cutting fee unless you select "Do Not Cut" below. To conserve paper, QQP will gang-up quantities and cut to your finished size unless you specify "Do Not Cut." There is a $1.50 blade/cut fee for each 2+ cuts. We provide a free paper hand cutter for your use during business hours for sizes under 13 inches wide.

Printing equipment cannot print to the edge of the paper/media. Always leave 1/4-in margin all the way around your image for margin/cut edges.

If you put multiple images on a page, or are too close to the edge for printing, QQP will do our best to finish according to the directions and file.   Setup and/or edit fees may be incurred to correct your file for printing/cutting.

It is best to CREATE ONE item the final size and include a 1/4-in empty margin for submission, and let QQP put more than one on the output sheets. For more information and helps, see the BEST FIT and File Preparation website pages.

Spiral Bind:    Have your Project Spiral bound with Black 4:1 Coil Binds.  Coil Bind is priced per the thickness of the materials bound and associated coil size:  

Coil size ranges:  6 - 18 mm,  20 - 29 mm,  30 - 40+ mm

Books, Music, Manuals with a spine to cut-off before binding incur a $1.75 cut fee + bind coil size fee.  The front and back will be used for covers.

Folding and Scoring:

Folding is actual folds in the paper, where scoring is creating a crease to allow easy folding.

Our equipment can fold the print output depending on the fold quantity, location of the fold, and the paper thickness (e.g, programs/booklets/calendars for examples).

Other equipment can score (crease) the thicker paper (e.g., greeting cards or table seating cards). Scores on coated papers and cardstocks decrease the edge/fold cracking associated with hand folding.

We can also provide hand scoring creases in speciality papers, locations/angles etc. Hand scoring is more costly than equipment scoring but provides a better product than straight hand folding.

For scored/creased products, QQP will leave the final folding for you to save you the handling costs.  For traditional folding, the final product can be specified per example image.

Please note the Z fold and C fold will fit in a standard #10 business envelope. The other folds fit other envelope sizes.

Include details how your finished product needs to fold, how it will be used, and the location of the folds for QQP to provide this service.

Paper Drilling:  

QQP can drill holes on your printed project. Use the Project Details area to explain how many and where to drill.

This service is more cost effective for more items simultaneously drilled. About 1-inch can be drilled at a time for each hole. Sorry, we cannot drill non-paper items not supplied by QQP.

Examples include: flash card set with ring, price tag holes, strap holes, zip tie hole, etc.

Rings, both small and medium, and luggage straps are available for purchase.

Corner Rounding:  

QQP can cut the corners off to create a rounded corner instead of a 90 degree corner.  This is an effective way to increase visual appeal.

You can select one, two, three, four corners to be rounded.  Use the Project Details area to explain how many and which corner(s) to round.

This service is more cost effective for more items simultaneously round-cut. About 1-inch can be cut at a time for each corner.

Examples include: business cards, announcement/wedding/graduation cards, etc.

Hard Lamination:  

Adding a protective plastic coating melted onto the paper to prevent damage. The lamination must seal a minimum 1/4 inches around item to be waterproof.

Examples include Health Insurance or other Cards, Security Codes, Critical information, Luggage Tags, Warnings, Business Cards, Phone Number lists, Critical Documents, Blessings, etc.   Laminated items act like a white-board for erasable markers.

Items must be cut prior to laminating.  Select CUT option(s) to create individual items for lamination.  The Lamination size will be selected to best fit your item and allow full sealing.

Cost is per Lamination pocket and size used. Lamination must be flat and no thicker than posterboard.

Soft Lamination:  

Adding a protective plastic coating melted onto the paper to prevent damage. The lamination must seal a minimum 1/4 inches around item to be waterproof.

Lamination also creates a "whiteboard" surface for wipe-away markers.

Posterboard to 20# bond can be laminated up to 23.5 inches wide and 12 ft long.

Laminated items cannot include any raised items like sequins or similar glued/taped objects, cord/rope, coins or metal objects, mutiple layers of cardboard, etc. It must be thinner than 3 mm or it can damage the machine. Please understand if we cannot laminate your item brought in.

Items must be cut prior to laminating for best weather-proofing.  Select your CUT option(s) to create individual items for lamination.  The Lamination will be selected to best fit your item(s) and allow full sealing.

Cost is per Lamination foot. There is a small item placement fee for large quanitities of small items requiring hand placement.

Each lamination project may include up to 6 inches leader and 6 inches footer sealed plastic required to cover your item and remove from lamination machine.

Grommets:

These are small metal rings generally at each corner to allow hanging from a screw/nail or securing with bungee cords/zip-ties. Use washer and screws for more secure holding. These are same as those found on blue-tarps.

Variable Printing:

QQP can add form numbering (1001, 1002, 1003, etc.) or use your Excel Spreadsheet file and print individual data/address labels on sheets, directly on envelopes, NCR, postcards, or other products. Include information about your desired variable printing in the Project Description box.

A setup fee is required.  Small graphics/logos can be placed by text/numbers. Label/Area must be large enough to contain all parts.

Spreadsheet: Use column headings (e.g., Name, Address, City, State, ZIP) with corresponding data below header in rows.  It will print exactly what you type.  Double Check all information is correctly contained in each cell. Only you can proof your data for omissions or errors.  Upload the Spreadsheet.

Be sure to click the BEGIN UPLOAD button below the Drag & Drop File(s) to ensure files are uploaded.  Click the SUBMIT button to ensure this form is submitted with your selections.

Pad Creation:  Bring in or specify project items to be padded. Include details in project comments.  

Padding is priced per stack (up to 3 inches) and includes a chipboard back cover.  If money, ensure it is newer crisp unwrinkled bills for best pad product. 

Specify the top cover, quantity of pads, and how many in each pad (example: 10 pads with 25 coupons per pad). 

Pads can also be created with wrap around covers for stapled pads, as well as many other options.

Foam Board is available in any size under 4 ft x 8 ft. The X-36 Printer can print directly on foam board up to 24x36 inches.  Depending on layout and file, some longer sizes are possible.

Standard size is 24x36 inches. Spray Adhesive is also available for purchase to DIY mounting of paper printed items.  You can also print on PhotoTex (think yellow sticky pad) for removable/repositionable fabric print to mount on foam board.

Your standard Razor Knife is used to cut shapes and figures from the foam board.  Example: life size person image, or create a mobile with various shapes.
