If you are setting up bookstands, please report as follows:

When you place a new bookstand containing 20 booklets, include the 20 booklets in your report.

When you restock an existing bookstand, include the number of booklets needed to fill it up.

If you place a new bookstand or several, select YES and fill out the business name and address for each one.

WHAT? (Special Event or Activity Description)

State what the event or activity was. Include any name or slogan used to identify the event and anything special or unique about it.

WHO?

State who organized the event and who were the public that attended. Give the names and titles of any important people present and what they did. Provide any other notable information about the attendees and the total number of attendees.

WHY and HOW??

State why this event or activity was held, what the purpose of the event or activity was and how it came about.

WHERE and WHEN??

Included where and when the event or activity was held and anything significant or important about the location.

RESULTS / ACCOMPLISHMENTS of the EVENT

List the results and accomplishments of the event. List any awards or recognitions presented, the name of the award, who presented it and what it was for. Provide the data on any media that resulted from the event with the name of the media outlet. Make sure to upload any photos or video. Include anecdotes and highlights from the event or activity, any wins or anything unique.

STATISTICS

Include the number of attendees, portfolios and educator kits distributed. Also, the number of people reached and other applicable statistics including any booklets and book stands distributed at the specific event. Make sure to include the booklets and bookstands noted here in the totals at the beginning of the report. Additional examples for this section are: Total number of volunteers, people enrolled on online TWTH courses, amount raised in fundraising, etc.
