  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    1) An Administrative Fee of RM200 will be charged for each approved instalment payment application and is due with the second instalment payment.

    2) Instalment payment is only applicable to Tuition Fee only. All other fees must be paid in full with the first instalment payment.

    3) The payment due date for each instalment will be strictly enforced, where a late payment charge of RM100 per week will be imposed (up to RM300 for each installment).

    4) Payment by instalment applications must be submitted at latest 2 weeks before the commencement of semester. Late applications will not be accepted. 

    5) Please refer to the below for the instalment payment amount breakdown and due date for each installment. The amount and due dates are non-negotiable and late payment will be subject to penalty charges.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Payment by installment is applicable to all full-time students only.
    • All payment by installment applications must be submitted within 2 weeks from commencement of semester. Late applications will not be accepted. 
    • The application details and first installment payment will be verified within 5 working days from date of submission. Any inaccurate details provided in the application or invalid proof of payment will cause the application to be voided and full payment will be required by the semester fee payment due date.

    • Instalment payment is only applicable to Tuition Fee, Resource Fee and International Student Annual Fee. All other fees must be paid in full with the first instalment payment.
    • The payment due date for each installment will be strictly enforced, where a late payment charge of RM100 per week will be imposed (up to RM300 for each installment). No further reminders will be sent. 
    • If there are changes in semester fee after the approval of installment payment, you are responsible to ensure full payment is made in the final installment as shortfall in payment may cause disruptions to your studies.
    • If payments are not received by the stipulated due dates, student will be barred from accessing online facilities, sitting for final exam or terminated from the programme accordingly.
    • Student’s fee liability on withdrawal, termination, deferment and transfer is based on the amounts and dates set out in the Fee Schedule and the Fee Policy regardless of the approved installment plan.
  • Should be Empty:
