Parents will be notified via email, text or flyers of all field trips.
I give my permission for my child Student Name* to participate in his/her grade's field trips during the academic year. This includes permission to use school-provided transportation and permission for admission to all sites. Parent and teacher chaperones will be on hand to assist.

NGCA has permission to have my child treated medically in the event of an emergency in case I cannot be reached.
