Princeton Club Guest Registration

Guest Policies

Only Member Sponsored Guests are allowed (Guests attending with a current member). All guests ages 12 and older must be pre-registered at www.princetonclubnewberlin.com/guest.  Kids under the age of 12 can register with an adult member at the Front Desk (see below). 

All guests must stop at the Front Desk upon arrival to check-in. All guests ages 18 years of age and older MUST present a valid photo ID that matches registration information, no exceptions.

All guests must abide by all Princeton Club policies and rules during their visit. Any violation of policies will result in the guest being asked to leave immediately without a refund.

A Non-member is able to purchase a day pass or, if available, use a free pass for access into the Princeton Club when accompanied by a current member only during the following hours:

        Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm

        Friday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

        Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Guest passes/visits are not available outside of the posted guest hours. No exceptions.

• The fee for youth under the age of 12 is $5 (or present a guest pass)
  • Pre-registration is not required for any guest under the age of 12. Must attend with an adult member 21 years of age or older and the adult must register the child at the Front Desk before entry. Members can sponsor up to 2 child guests per day but there is no limit for how many times a child can visit.
• The fee for youth and adults 12 years of age and older is $20 (or present a guest pass)
  • A Member can sponsor a maximum of 2 guests per day.
  • The current Member must check in with their guest at the Front Desk to be eligible.
  • Sponsored Guests ages 12 and older can use the club up to 2 times per month.
  • For any youth guest age 12-17, the sponsor Member must be 21 years of age or older and remain in the club.
  • Children 11 and under are only free of charge when their Parent Member is present in the club. If their Parent Member is not present, the youth guest fee applies.

Guest policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

Guest fees are payable at the Front Desk upon check-in unless a valid free day pass is brought in.

Once received, your request will be reviewed by one of our staff. If your form is invalid, ineligible, incomplete, or incorrect, entry may be denied. All guests are required to present valid ID for entry and check in at the Front Desk at your confirmed time. Times above indicate time to check-in (not duration of visit). Guests must check in within 45 minutes after the registered start time or the reservation for the day could be forfeited.

Guest Waiver and Liability Release

By signing below you, as a guest, accepts full responsibility for my use and all apparatus appliances, facility privilege or service whatsoever, owned and operated by this club at my own risk and shall hold this club, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by my resulting thereform. 

Waiver for Promotional Appearances

By signing below, you, as a guest, understand that appearances and or voice, or the appearances and voice of any of my immediate children, will not be compensated for use in any marketing materials used by the Princeton Club. This includes but is not limited to television, radio, print ads, brochures, flyers, internet and any other form of media used to promote the club. This includes future usage of suchy for future marketing materials.

By signing below, you, as a guest, understand that you must present a valid photo ID at check-in. You also verify that you have read all guest policies and understand that you must read and understand all club policies.
