    The ABNY Newsletter is an essential resource for our expansive network of over 5,000 subscribers, offering timely updates and insights to keep our community engaged and informed. Through our signature convenings, advocacy actions, and comprehensive communications, we ensure that our network stays connected to the pulse of New York City. Our newsletter has a dedicated audience of civic leaders, policymakers, and community influencers who are deeply invested in the future of New York City.

  • Banner Ads:

    • Artwork dimensions: 1000 x 100 pixels.
    • Ad will be placed in the middle of our newsletter.
    • Placement is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Specific placement requests will be honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
    • Only one ad per newsletter.

    File Formats:

    • Accepted formats: JPEG or PNG
    • Maximum file size: 150 KB

    Text and Image Quality:

    • Clear, high-resolution images and readable text are required.
    • Avoid excessive text; keep the message concise and to the point. A max word sentence.
    • The advertiser is responsible for providing artwork.

    Ad Submission:

    • Ads must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired publication date.
      Submit ads via email to jfields@abny.org with the subject line "Newsletter Ad Submission or through this form.

    Price: $1,200 per ad. 

    Payment Terms:

    • Payment is due upon approval of the ad.
    • Acceptable payment methods: credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

    Review Process:

    • All ads will be reviewed to ensure they meet the content and technical guidelines.
    • Advertisers will be notified of approval or required changes within three business days. 

    Changes and Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be made at least ten days before the publication date in order to receive a refund.

    Types of content:

    Promote events, form for New Yorkers to contribute or give feedback.

    • Ads offering services or are relevant to ABNY members, such as legal services, consulting, urban planning, or architectural firms specializing in city development.
    • Ads promoting community events, workshops, forums, or networking opportunities that align with our mission of fostering civic engagement and collaboration.
    • Ads promoting advocacy campaigns, policy initiatives, or public awareness campaigns related to issues impacting NYC, such as transportation, housing affordability, or environmental sustainability.

    Content not allowed:

    • Political campaigning ads.
    • Ads for lobbying.
