To secure a date, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable and will be put towards the total event day balance. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before the day of the event. Please note that consultations/trials and deposit fees are two separate costs.

My travel fee is $1 a mile from Rosh & Company Hair Studio. Travel fees do apply for trials. Travel fees are not included in the deposit and will be added to the cost the day of the event. Parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred in the final bill.

All brushes, tools and makeup products are sanitized. Any allergies or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the artist prior to application and if need be, a sample test of makeup can be performed on the skin to test reaction. Clients agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Photos taken at the trial, the event, or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view. Your photographer will receive proper credit for their work. Clients agree to me using these photos as well as giving consent to using your professional photos on my portfolio.

Only individuals who are included in the final contracted headcount and have paid for services in advance will receive services on the day of the event. If the number of people requiring services changes, the client must provide written notice no later than 48 hours prior to the event. No changes to the headcount may be made on the day of the event.This policy ensures adequate time is allocated for each person and allows for proper scheduling and touch-ups.
