Photographer Elf- Festive Family Memory Maker
A Christmas Memories photographer’s number one priority is to capture each family’s special Christmas memory in a way that is fun and festive and stress free. To take on this very important role, you will need to understand basic digital photography including operating a digital SLR, studio lighting and photo manipulation software. Being able to engage with people of all ages is critical to this role as you balance requests from parents and the excitement of the children whilst capturing a series of fun and engaging photos that will become a treasured family memory for years to come. As the leader of the Santa Set Team, it is important that you are confident managing people and performing administrative tasks such as completing a Shift Report, Staff Timesheets, and monitoring stock levels. If you love Christmas and enjoy working in a fun, fast paced team environment whilst using your creative photography skills, then you will love this position!

Nothing creates a warmer welcome than a smile that comes from the heart and our Photo Customer Service Elves give great smiles. Let’s face it, this is the happiest time of the year! Because you are awesome at helping people. You will assist manage the flow of excited children visiting Santa, and also help parents choose the perfect photos and photo packs because you know the best deal for them. You will laugh and joke with our customers as you process orders and operate digital imaging software and onsite digital photo printing. Now, you don’t need to know how to do all this as we are going to train you to be digital photo gun, but if you do have previous retail/customer service experience and operate a computer you are halfway there!
